All orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service.

What is your return policy?
All products have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If your Soccer Field Equipment needs to be returned simply contact us so we can start the merchandise return process.
Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned with a Return Authorization Number(RA#) supplied by Goal Sporting Goods, Inc. You can obtain a RA# by calling 1-800-334-4625. Upon receipt and inspection of the item there will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee less freight cost for returned items that are not defective or mis – shipped. Soccer Field Pro reserves the right to refuse returned items.
Do you take international orders?
We do take International Orders, but on a case by case basis. If you are interested in purchasing any of our great soccer products and live outside the United States of Amercia, please contact us for pre-authorization.
How can I place my order if I experience difficulties with your website?
If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please give us a call @ 801-735-7577 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
All merchandise you receive left the factory in good condition. All customers are responsible for inspecting the freight, upon arrival, for any signs of damage or shortage, both internally and externally. If there is damage to the freight, this MUST be noted on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing. Keep all copies of paperwork. Then contact the carrier to report a claim. Goal Sporting Goods will be happy to assist you with any problems, but it is the responsibility of the customer to file the claim. However, once a shipment is received and signed for and no indication of damage or shortage was made on the Bill of Lading we are unable to help you. Any new merchandise sent for replacement will be billed to the customer.

We warranty products against defect in workmanship and material for one year. Certain products are wear and tear items, such as nets, wheels, and net attachments. Normal wear and tear may not be covered. Goal Sporting Goods, Inc. reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate at no cost to you. Goal Sporting Goods extends no warrenty express or implied for damage arising from the use or alleged failure of any of its products nor does it extend any warranty of merchantability. All merchandise is sold under these conditions which no representative of the company can waive or change. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Refusal of Shipment
If an order is refused, the customer will be charged for all freight and a minimum 15% restocking fee. All freight charges and restocking fees will require pre-payment before re-shipment of that order or acceptance of any future order.
